Karla Christiansen

Karla Christiansen is a mortgage loan originator based in bankHometown’s Southbridge Street, Auburn office. She’s had more than three decades of banking experience, including branch management, relationship management, and small business lending training, before moving over to mortgage lending more than five years ago. Through this experience, she understands not only the homebuying process but how it fits in with a borrower’s overall financial picture. Karla says she loves working with customers and explaining all the various options available to them to make sure they know what they can afford and so that the homebuying and homeowner experience is an enjoyable and positive one. She also values her strong relationships with branch managers and local realtors to ensure that homebuyers have a seamless experience.

Karla has completed coursework at Quinsigamond Community College and lives in Charlton. She’s passionate about horses and volunteers with a local horse rescue in addition to running two horse farms. She also loves to ride motorcycles with her family.
